inform them in general terms of the enquiry
addressed by it. Cambon and of the nature of
the reply which has been returned, adding, if
you think it advisable, that it would be a
matter of satisraction to His Majesty's
Government if the United States Government
could see their way to instruct their
representatives in Brussels and in Berne to
aupport the representations which have been
made by His Majesty's Government.
